The City's residential area is divided into five areas, with one area being picked up each working day. The roll-over system is used when a statutory holiday falls on a work day. All residential areas receive a refuse calendar indicating what day their refuse will be picked up. All refuse to be picked up must be out and ready for pick-up by 0700 hours (7:00 a.m.) on collection day. For questions regarding your area number, pick up days as per the calendar, or refuse quesions, please do not hesitate to contact Sarah by e-mail or phone at (306) 848-3290.

HOURS OF OPERATION AT THE WASTE DISPOSAL GROUNDS AND OIL RECYCLING DEPOT
Summer Hours (April 1st to October 31st):
- 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekdays
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends and Statutory Holidays
(CLOSED Easter Sunday and Good Friday)
Winter Hours (November 1st to March 31st):
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekdays
- 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays
- CLOSED Sundays and Statutory Holidays
No delivery shall be made except during the hours of operation as shown.

For further information contact the Engineering Department at (306) 848-3230. Inquires or complaints regarding missed pick-ups or other problems should be directed to the Public Works Department at (306) 848-3290.
