Steve's career with the City of Weyburn began in 2008.  This position ensures the effective management of the City's information assets and supporting technologies.  Steve provides technology leadership for the City Hall, Public Works/Fire Hall, Police Station, Leisure Centre, Signal Hill Arts Centre, and Water Treatment Plant buildings.  He provides services in IT planning, implementation and support, communication and network infrastructure services and support, daily support to staff in the use of various software applications, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, preparation of new computer equipment, upgrades to existing equipment, and management of the City's website. 

The City's computing environment consists of two networks, which include 6 Servers and 46 workstations.  These networks include the City's critical databases and business systems.
